By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or enrolling in a training course with Iv’s London Academy or Ivanka Farhat Beauty Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide aesthetic treatments, beauty services, and professional training courses, including CPD-accredited education. All services are subject to availability and professional assessment.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments must be booked in advance.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure bookings.
Clients must provide accurate personal and medical information prior to treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Clinic Appointments)

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in loss of deposit or full charge.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Training Courses & CPD

Course places are confirmed only once payment is received.
Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Learners must meet any stated entry requirements.
Certification is issued upon successful course completion and attendance.
We reserve the right to amend course content, dates, or trainers if necessary.

5. Refund Policy

Treatment fees are non-refundable once services have been provided.
Training fees are non-refundable unless courses are cancelled by us.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Medical & Client Responsibility

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions and medications.
We are not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed or inaccurate information.
Results of aesthetic treatments may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Liability

Treatments and training are provided in accordance with professional standards.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where unlawful to do so.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, training materials, and course content remain the intellectual property of Iv’s London Academy. Materials may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written consent.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws.

10. Behaviour & Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals from courses or premises for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour, without refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
